Return Policy
Freeboard International Co., Ltd. only accepts returns from miners in two cases: (1) DOA miners; (2) Miners who are considered not to meet Ma hash. DOA and Ma hash not met terms. Only miners with any of the above technical problems can be returned. If your miner is not DOA or Ma hash not met, wattum will not accept the return of the miner.
Managed miners. If your miners are hosted by freeboard, freeboard will join your miners and determine whether any miners are eligible to return. If your miner is DOA or Ma hash not met, freeboard will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If the miner meets the return conditions, freeboard will choose: (a) provide free maintenance of the miner; (B) Accept the return of miners and refund; Or (c) replace the miner. If the repair, replacement or return needs to be shipped, freeboard will pay the miner's transportation expenses.
Unmanaged miners. Unmanaged miners will be delivered in accordance with the transportation policy set out in section 11. You must notify freeboard of any miners who meet the DOA or the Ma hash during the inspection. Any right to repair, replace or refund must be independently tested by freeboard to verify whether the miner complies with DOA and / or Ma hash not met. If freeboard determines that any alleged DOA or Ma hash not met miner does not meet the conditions, you will be responsible for paying the freight related to returning freeboard to you.
